Having newly relocated to the Hawkes Bay, we were really unsure about who to contract to build our new home. We were looking for someone who could design the home that we envisioned. We also wanted them to follow on to build it. We tried to engage a few different builders but couldn’t seem to get any traction. That was, until we met Jason from SS Homes Ltd after searching the internet. We also saw his sign on the side of the road.
With his can do attitude and knowledge, we were impressed. Furthermore, his ability to conceptualise into reality what we envisioned made a difference. We knew we had chosen Jason to be the right person.
The building process went smoothly and any issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. We were meant to move into our home in March 2020 but Covid disrupted those plans with lockdown. However, in April 2020 we were able to move in.
Even though things took a little longer with finishing the project due to Covid disruptions, SS Homes communication during this time was exceptional. Would definitely engage SS Homes again in a future project if it arises.
